Watergate Salad
This green colored “jello salad” has been a traditional favorite in my family as long as I can remember! It’s easy & is a great dish to bring to a potluck or serve along with any meal. Its pineapple & marshmallow combinations make me wonder about burning a Pineapple Coast & a Marshmallow Confections candle together. I think I’m going to have to try that!
Watergate Salad
1 20oz can crushed pineapple
1 box instant pistachio pudding
16oz. container of cool whip
mini marshmallows
Defrost cool whip. Add pineapple, undrained, and pudding. Mix until blended. Add as many marshmallows as desired.
